Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Available globally to 18+ Mastercard cardholders only. All participants must be aged 18 or over. The Experience Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age and failure to produce a valid identity or verification of age.
  2. If gifting this experience, then the responsibility of taking consent for processing of personal data of the other party entitled to the gift, lies with the cardholder.
  3. This Experience is fulfilled by Rena Spas (“Experience Organiser”).
  4. Experience is available to book from the date published on the priceless.com website until 30 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. The Experience consists of the following:
    • A 45-minutes full body massage OR a facial plus a 10-minute arm and foot ritual
    • 2-hours access to the spa facilities
    • 2-course light lunch at a Leonardo Hotel (Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, NYX Hotel London Holborn, Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, Leonardo Royal Hotel London St. Paul’s; hotel is dependent on the Rena Spa location chosen)
    • A glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic alternative
  6. Experience is available at the following Rena Spas locations:

  7. Cardholders can choose between a weekday (Monday to Friday) experience at £130 per person or a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) experience at £150 per person.
  8. Lunch is a set menu and is subject to change depending on the day. There is one standard option and one vegetarian option.
  9. Experiences are limited to 2 (two) per cardholder and are provided on a first come, first served basis.
  10. Cardholders can book the Experience by visiting the offer page on the priceless.com website or by logging into the app of their participating bank (if the Experience has been made available to them in this way) during the Promotional Period and clicking “Book here”. Cardholders will then be redirected to the Rena Spas website where they need to finalise their payment for the experience. Payment will be made via Stripe (Rena Spas online payment service provider).
  11. Once purchased, cardholders will receive an email receipt from Rena Spas, with a numerical code and instructions to book.
  12. Payment must be made using a Mastercard.
  13. The code is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed at one of the below Rena Spas location and time of their choosing.
  14. The Experience is non-refundable unless the Experience is cancelled or postponed by the Experience Organiser or Mastercard.
  15. The Experience is transferable to another date (if required) however 48 hours’ notice is required to change the experience booking to a new date. Cardholders need to contact Rena Spas directly to transfer the experience date booked.
  16. Any personal data requested directly by the Experience Organiser for the purpose of this Experience, will be solely governed by their Privacy Policy which set out in detail how your personal data will be collected and processed by them.   17. No personal data is collected and/or shared with or by Mastercard for the purpose of this Experience.
  18. The Experience is subject to Rena Spas Terms and Conditions available here.
  19. Members of the Experience Organiser’s staff or management team may ask for proof of ID before serving alcohol, at the event if you look under the age of 25. Failure to present valid ID may result in the refusal of alcoholic beverages being served. Personal data collected and shared by the Experience Organiser will be subject to their Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
  20. Mastercard does not control responses provided by fellow attendees or any third-party host or presenter of an experience, and statements made by any such parties, including without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience. Mastercard assumes no guarantee or liability in respect of the experience.
  21. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change this offer or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the offer is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard.
  22. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the Terms and Conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

For any questions regarding access requirements, please email Rena Spas, on the email address provided during the booking process (also found in clause 6) for this Experience, to avoid disappointment. If any personal data is requested by the Experience Organiser for this purpose, then it will be solely governed by its Privacy Policies. Purchasing cardholders should exercise caution and carefully consider the necessity of such disclosures before sharing their personal data.
